You will receive an email indicating your application’s status in mid-October 2024; the
email will indicate whether or
not your application has been approved. Be sure to add support@KohlsCaresHometownGiving.com and KohlsCaresHometownGiving@probabilityworks.com to your Safe
Sender’s List to ensure receipt of all Program emails. If your application is approved,
the email will include instructions on how to sign a Grant Acceptance Form (this form
will also be available the next time you log-in to your account). You must complete the
Grant Acceptance Form prior to October 18, 2024 before your grant can be confirmed. For
the avoidance of doubt, an "Application Approved" email does not mean you are confirmed
to receive the grant for which you applied; upon receipt and approval of your Grant
Acceptance Form your grant will be confirmed, and you will receive a separate
confirmation email.
When you log-in to your Account scroll down; if the application was submitted
successfully, the status will be listed as "Submitted Awaiting Review." You will receive
an email in mid-October indicating whether or not your grant has been confirmed.
When you log-in to your Account, select "View Application," if the form was submitted
successfully, the status will be
listed as "Submitted For Review." You will then be notified by October 18, 2024
indicating whether or not your grant has
been confirmed.
Kohl’s reserves the right, due to available grant money thresholds for categories, or
other reasons to award grant money
to organizations only in part.
Grant monies will be distributed to approved Organizations in late October/ early
November 2024. If you do not complete
the Grant Acceptance Form, or if you do not receive confirmation that your Grant
Acceptance Form has been reviewed and
approved (by October 18, 2024), you may NOT receive grant monies.
